The psychological connotation of the word is completely negative and produces rejection. But, <strong>what is pain</strong>? There are to kinds of pain; physical and psychological. Physical pain refers to the experience of feeling an uncomfortable sensation trough our nervous system. For example when we cut our finger with a knife we are damaging tissue and therefore our nervous connectors send a signal to our brain and then the pain sensation is produced. Some people argue that since pain is controlled by the brain, therefore controlling our brain we can eliminate completely physical pain. In real life is has been proved that suggestion can also create the sensation of pain when there is actually nothing physically intervening that is producing pain. This is very common to happen to people, they believe there should be feeling pain and therefore the brain creates the sensation. It is not very common to find people who perform the process backwards. This means finding people who can eliminate pain even though they are conscious they should be feeling it because of a physical condition.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Medication for pain is called pain killers. These pills can help to eliminate all sorts of pain. If the pain is too intense then an injection should be provided. Alternative medicine seeks the relief of pain without using chemicals and drugs. For example acupuncture is a technique where using needles, many sensorial part of our body are stimulated in order to induce the brain to produce a relief for pain in certain parts of the body.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pain is a sensorial state where normal life can’t be developed properly. It affects our performance at work and even the most basic needs. A person in pain is hardly impossible to get hungry enjoy food.</p>

There are some people that refuse to take <strong>Pain </strong>killers because the frequency of their <strong>Pain </strong>is so high that they fear they can become addicted or that so many chemicals in their body could damage their health. People with headache that happen almost every day tends to live with the pain. Some of them even manifest that they are so used to feel a headache everyday that they even forget about the <strong>Pain.  </strong>The truth is that one should never get used to feel pain. It is a way in which our body send us signals that something is nor going right. We need to go to the doctor and find out why is that we are feeling that discomfort before it turn into unbearable <strong>Pain.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are alternative techniques to pain relief. Doing yoga and tai chi reduces stress. We all know that stress and problems can be the cause of many illnesses and pain sources.  Some people use ice as a way to fight head pain. Anemia can lead to death if you don’t take care of it properly. You might also fall down o the street causing an accident. Make sure you eat properly and follow your gut instinct.
